We don't know the Scarlet's data rate yet, but it can record to the RED drives which have a 640GB capacity. You can record a 5 hour clip with the RED One and Scarlet should be able to record considerably longer. The fixed lens Scarlet is likely to be the only one with autofocus so it should be the best match for wedding videography. At this point RED has not announced enough details for the fixed Scarlet to really know how it will perform in live situations. The Scarlet records both stills and motion footage.
